We are seeking an experienced ITS and Traffic Signals Supervisor to join our ITS team and play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance services and site works. Key responsibilities: Directly supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of site works. Organise and schedule day-to-day activities on site. Plan, program, and manage bookings to meet overall project timelines. Monitor and manage quality outputs to ensure minimum standards are achieved. Provide technical leadership and guidance to direct reports, including Apprentices. Responsible for quality work output of direct reports, including Apprentices. Foster a strong Zero Harm culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures. What you'll bring: Previous Electrical works experience; leading hand and supervisory roles highly desirable.
