Amentum, a global leader in critical mission support, engineering, technology, and national security solutions, is seeking a CCTV Technician to support a government contract based in El Paso, TX. POSITION SUMMARY: The CCTV Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and associated components, including digital video recorders, communications switches, touch screen displays, and low-voltage cabling infrastructure. This role requires advanced technical expertise to resolve complex issues and ensure the reliability and performance of surveillance and communications systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Apply advanced technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex system issues beyond standard manufacturer documentation. - Perform circuit analysis, waveform calculations, and signal flow tracing to isolate and repair malfunctions. - Utilize advanced test instruments such as oscilloscopes, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, high-frequency generators, and computer-controlled diagnostic equipment. - Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV cameras, series positioning systems, DVR/NVR equipment, and supporting infr...
