Job description

As a sales associate at Bazaar, a high-end fashion and jewelry boutique, you will deliver polished, attentive, and personalized service that meets luxury retail standards. You will cultivate meaningful client relationships and maintain a strong knowledge of fashion, featured artists, trends, materials, and the stories behind designs. Under the direction of the manager and director of retail operations, you will support clients' efforts. Among other duties, you will assist clients with styling, product selection, and gift recommendations. You will also support efforts to achieve and exceed boutique sales goals through exceptional service and engagement. In this role, you will uphold all visual merchandising standards to ensure the boutique is visually elegant and artfully arranged. You will assist with window displays, product placement, and merchandising refreshes. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting areas.
