Gardens to Tables Culinary Camp at Saint Louis University Do you love to cook? Are you interested in a paid internship working with kids over the summer? Then being a Summer Intern with Saint Louis University's Gardens to Tables Culinary Camp might be the right job for you! This camp runs for 8 weeks from June 1-July 31 (with a break for 4th of July). Through this camp, campers are engaged in gardening, cooking, and nutrition activities. Summer Interns will gain valuable experience with nutrition and culinary education, meal planning, procurement, recipe modification, and working with a variety of aged children and teenagers under the supervision of an RDN.
