We’re looking for an exceptional SAP SuccessFactors & People Systems Manager to lead our People Systems capability, drive innovation, and ensure our colleagues have the tools, insights and processes they need to thrive. This is a pivotal role within Group IT, supporting the People function, shaping strategy, improving system capability and leading a team of experts who keep our HR technology running smoothly, securely and effectively. About the Role: You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day management, development and governance of our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, alongside our wider suite of People Systems. Leading a team of specialists, you’ll ensure systems are stable, compliant, well‑configured and continuously improved to meet the needs of a growing, dynamic organisation.
