The Manager, Accounts Receivable (A/R) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable function to ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, and cash application. This role provides leadership to the A/R team, establishes and enforces policies and procedures, and partners with internal departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes. The Manager ensures compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices while driving efficiency, accuracy, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of A/R operations, and the ability to analyze data, resolve complex issues, and support organizational financial goals. Position is on site M-F: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Manages non-medical accounts receivable and billing administrative functions and staff.
