Expert Guidance: Provide high-level advice and support across various HR disciplines such as grievance and disciplinary actions, absence management, and employee well-being. Employee Experience Optimization: Propose enhancements to the employee journey to foster an open and transparent culture. Data Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze people data (e.g., absence, attrition, engagement) to identify trends and develop solutions.
