Description POSITION OBJECTIVE: The work focuses on CAR-T and CAR-NK cell therapy for autoimmune diseases. The candidate will work under general supervision and required instructions and training will be given to perform the tasks. He/She should be competent to plan and carry out research on the assigned project. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Perform mouse breeding, genotyping and mouse studies. 2. Plan and carry out experiments. 3. Analyze and record results. 4. Perform molecular biology techniques and biochemical techniques including western blotting and immuno-precipitation. 5. Cell culture-primary cells as well as cell lines. 6. Perform viral infection of cell lines. 7. Oversee lab inventory, organize lab and maintain certain equipment/ facilities. 8. Perform other duties including, but not limited to, ordering, lab inventory management and lab organization as assigned 9. Present results in laboratory meetings. 10. Perform other duties as assigned.
