Description Job Description: The Stony Brook University School of Nursing invites applications for 1–2 clinical faculty appointments ranging from 0.8–1.0 FTE (academic year) within the School of Nursing. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Psych-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to play a key role in educating the next generation of advanced practice nurses while contributing to the continued development and growth of nurse practitioner education within a nationally recognized academic health center. We seek dynamic clinician–educators with recent Psych-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner clinical experience who demonstrate excellence in advanced practice and a commitment to graduate nursing education. Candidates with experience precepting nurse practitioner students and/or teaching in upper division or graduate nursing programs are strongly encouraged to apply.
