Role Summary R&D Lab Technician MANN+HUMMEL #LI-Onsite – Goldsboro, NC We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on R&D Lab Technician to support our Research & Development team. This role is responsible for receiving and managing incoming test samples, conducting performance testing of air filtration products to industry standards, accurately recording and reporting test data, and assisting with prototype fabrication and evaluation. This position works closely with engineers and product development teams to support laboratory testing activities and help bring new filtration products to market. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on technical work, laboratory testing, and maintaining organized documentation in a fast-paced R&D environment. Main Tasks: - Receive, log, and track incoming air filter samples for testing - Conduct performance testing on air filtration products in accordance with industry standards such as ASHRAE, ISO, EN, and internal test protocols - Operate and maintain laboratory test equipment including airflow, dust loading, and filtration efficiency testing systems - Ensure testing is performed safely, accurately, and consistently according to established procedures...
