You take the cross-functional work of growing a global retailer and make it legible for the executive leadership team and for the teams who need to execute. You connect dots others miss, ask the question behind the question, and are just as comfortable building a P&L model as you are presenting it in a room full of senior leaders. This role leads through influence, not authority. You will earn credibility through preparation, intellectual rigor, and the kind of operational fluency that only comes from genuinely understanding the inner workings of a retail business from end to end.
