We are seeking a Full-Time Stylist to join our retail team at our Garden City location. This on-site role involves providing exceptional customer service, helping clients with styling advice, and creating a premium shopping experience that reflects the Reiss brand. You will work to build strong customer relationships, maintain store standards, and meet sales targets. As a trusted style advisor, you will ensure that every customer leaves with confidence and inspiration based on their individual needs. Qualifications: - Proven skills in customer service, client engagement, and relationship-building - Fashion styling expertise and knowledge of current trends - Proficiency in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products - Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask, and meet sales targets - Team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional brand experience - Previous fashion retail or styling experience preferred but not required
