As a Sourcing Specialist, you will work closely with the business to deliver measurable results through efficient sourcing and supplier negotiations. What You’ll Do: - Complete low to medium-complex procurement projects and negotiations, including supplier/market research, managing the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, contracting, and supplier management. - Analyze supplier proposals and conduct pricing evaluations. - Negotiate master services agreements, amendments, and statements of work in collaboration with Legal. - Track and report sourcing outcomes, including savings. What You’ll Bring: - 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related function. - Working knowledge of Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) processes and RFx execution. - Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess commercial proposals and formulate da...
