Facilities Technician 2nd and 3rd Shift

Description Description: Under general supervision, maintains and repairs Facility equipment and systems at a 24/7 facility. Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, mechanical systems, central plant equipment, specialized exhaust systems, clean dry air, acid & solvent exhaust systems, wastewater systems, and chemical delivery systems. Responsibilities: - Provides general and detailed maintenance on facilities systems, such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, gas, and systems. - Performs routine general rounds and inspections throughout facility. - Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner. - Completes documentation of all work performed. - Mandatory participation in the site emergency response team. - Respond to after-hour call-ins for emergency responses or repairs. - Assist in coordinating building projects, facility upgrades, and special events. - Relocate equipment, items, and furniture as assigned. - Follow safety regulation and company procedures. - Other duties as assigned.
