Training Technician II 260002NP Description The Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking a Training Technician II. As a member of the Learning and Development Team, the Training Technician will be addressing the training needs of DMH staff throughout assigned areas (Western Mass Area & Central Office [Statewide]). Duties will include coordinating and delivering training programs including both New Employee Orientation curricula and curricula designed to meet the ongoing professional development needs of DMH. The Technician will provide on-the-job training to staff and also maintain training records using a Learning Management System (LMS). This position requires a work schedule that meets the training needs of off shift (2nd and 3rd shift) and weekend staff as needed. Please note: Travel to other DMH offices and facilities is required for this position. Candidate will need access to reliable transportation.
