RH is seeking a skilled Spray Booth Finishing Specialist to join our Dennis & Leen/Formations Workshop in Torrance, CA. This role is part of the Iron Finishing department and plays an important role in producing luxury, antique-style indoor and outdoor furniture. In this role, you bring technical mastery, a commitment to safety and quality, and a refined eye for finishes that reflect the timeless craftsmanship and elegance synonymous with RH. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Apply protective and decorative coatings using precision spray techniques within a controlled booth environment - Prepare iron furniture components for finishing through cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed - Apply primers, paints, and protective topcoats using HVLP or comparable spray systems - Ensure smooth, even coverage, accurate color matching, and finish consistency across all pieces - Follow finish specifications for antique-style and weather-resistant coatings - Inspect finished pieces for quality, color accuracy, and durability - Perform touch-ups or refinements as needed to meet design and quality standards - Maintain spray booth cleanliness, ventilation, and equipment functionality - Adhere to all safety...
