The Ground Transportation Coordinator supports the coordination and execution of road transportation solutions across the UK, working closely with the local operations team. Essential Job Functions: Transportation Coordination & Execution - Coordinate daily UK and European road freight operations, including FTL, LTL, and groupage shipments - Arrange bookings with approved carriers and ensure accurate scheduling and dispatch - Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage delays, disruptions, or exceptions - Ensure all transport activities are aligned with customer requirements and service level agreements (SLAs) Carrier & Vendor Management: - Work closely with a network of approved UK and European hauliers and transport providers - Support onboarding of new carriers in line with company compliance and due diligence processes - Monitor carrier performance (service, cost, reliability) and escalate issues where required - Ensure adherence to agreed rates, contracts, and service expectations Operatio...
