About the Role: We are seeking a strong, fit male Disability Support Worker to provide support to a 22-year-old male client in Blacktown NSW. This is a casual position. The client has a range of medical conditions and presents with complex behaviours, including: This role involves providing support in both hospital and community settings, helping the client access the community and promoting his independence and well-being.
