Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Field Management Unit (FMU) Manager of Maintenance and is responsible for the control of quality and quantity of work assignments, assuring work assignments are performed in a safe, efficient manner and in accordance with Company policy, manufacturer's manuals, and FAA requirements. Safety Related Responsibilities: - Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and integration of the SMS throughout maintenance. - Identifies hazards and conducts safety risk analysis. - Monitors the effectiveness of safety risk controls. - Ensures safety promotions are communicated throughout maintenance. Specific: - Ensures mechanical dispatch reliability by accomplishing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, in a timely manner, in accordance with quality standard set forth in the GPM and Mesa Airlines FAA Approved Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program. - Ensure the quality and cost – effectiveness of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance performed at the maintenance supervisor level. - Ensure the required parts, tools and technical data is available for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance performed at the maintenance supervisor level....
