Position Description GENEX Cooperative is seeking a Reproductive Program Senior Technician in Sawyer and Rusk County WI to provide professional and personalized Artificial Insemination service and breeding program assistance to members and customers that result in improved profit potential and satisfaction for them. In addition, sell GENEX semen, services, products, and programs to achieve sales goals and develop new business in sales area. This position is 99% dairy emphasis and 1% beef emphasis. Major Areas of Accountability: - Provide Artificial Insemination (AI) services to members and customers - Provide Breeding Program assistance to members and customers - Sell GENEX AI services, semen, products and programs - Provide reproductive management expertise to members that will improve reproductive performance in their herds - Consistently make farm visits with prospects to develop and gain new customers Qualifications: GENEX is dedicated to providing our member-owners and customers – dairy and beef cattle producers around the globe – with advanced genetic and reproductive solutions.
