Job description

JOB SUMMARY: The Offer Manager is responsible for end-to-end product management of assigned offers, including product strategy, lifecycle management, contribute to P&L performance, roadmap definition, customer engagement, third-party partnerships, sales enablement, and training. The role owns market success for a product area and serves as the primary business and customer advocate across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and service. The Offer Manager is responsible for identifying market opportunities and gathering Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights through direct engagement and structured research. They translate customer needs into clear business requirements and specifications, guiding the engineering and architecture teams in developing the envisioned product. The Offer Manager leads the business process, defines product requirements, determines specifications, pricing, and launch plans, and supports go-to-market execution. This role reports to the Senior Director, Offer Management.
