Description POSITION TITLE: Automotive Service Writer: REPORTS TO: Service Manager: DEPARTMENT: Service: POSITION SUMMARY: The Automotive Service Writer acts as the liaison between customers and the service department to ensure timely and accurate service and build customer relationships.
