Job family: - Tribe Scrum Master supports the Tribe in increasing efficiency and agile maturity - Governance Squad lead (Finance including Demand/supply, communication & Culture, Portfolio Management) Role: - Prepare and facilitate events (e.g. PI planning, Inspect and Adapt) Manage dependencies between delivery teams. Lead problem solving - Act as a Tribe servant leader Driver of continuous improvement at team, leadership and organization level - Responsible for governance and coordination in a complex environment. Responsible for sharing promoting Agile best practices within the organization - Can assist management to create structural and cultural changes in the organization (typically spanning across multiple organizational units) to become more agile - Able to coach at leadership level. Work largely autonomously in complex situations, for example with multiple cross-domain dependencies or characterized by a high frequency of change or an important level of uncertainty - Share knowledge and support less experienced (Tribe) Scrum Masters - Drive Tribe organization and events.
