Engineering Manager, Resilience Enablement and Data Integrity

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java or Go. - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role. - 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. - Experience in architecting for resilience or managing data integrity/reliability systems. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. - Ability to analyze systems, specifically Non-Abstract Large-Scale System Design (NALSD). - Ability to do in-depth research into unfamiliar products and technical stacks to identify systemic vulnerabilities. - Ability to drive executional impact through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
