Job description

Education & Experience: - BS in EE, ME, or other physical/chemical sciences - 3+ years applicable experience in fabrication of semiconductor and/or thin film devices - Knowledge of thin film fabrication processes, equipment failure analysis, thin film equipment component upgrade/modification - High-vacuum tool operation and troubleshoot/repair - Photolithography process experience - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word - Experience and knowledge on Statistical Process Control - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization - Experience with AutoCAD a plus Skills: Ability to anticipate and handle multiple programs and priorities - Mechanical design, Computer-aided design (CAD) - Generate detailed drawings of systems and mechanical components - Transform designs into processes that improve chip yield - Waste Water Treatment Certification, Hazardous Material Training - Test Equipment Set up, Operation and Troubleshooting - Ability to work with limited supervision - Demonstrated ability to analyze wafer measurements and resolve issues related to measurements that are out of process capability - Ability to solve problems in a timely and qu...
