Registered Dietitian 1 FTE: Thunder Bay Site One of a network of provincial community health centres, the NorWest Community Health Centres is a community based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services. We are currently seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Community Wellness Hubs. This role will support integrated, team-based primary care through the provision of evidence-informed nutrition assessment, counselling, and education services. The Dietitian will work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners, nurses, social workers, system navigators, recreation therapist and community health staff to improve nutrition outcomes and reduce the burden of diet-related chronic disease across priority populations. The position has a competitive salary, the Health Care of Ontario Pension Plan and an excellent group health benefits package. The salary range for this position is from $69,942 to $80,765 per year.
