WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU: The I&I Key Account Manager Regional Director (KAM RD) is responsible for leading and coaching the I&I Key Account Management Regional team, with a key focus on executing a patient's first approach while impacting aligned market and brand goals. WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE: As the most senior Account Management role in the field, the I&I KAM R B D will impact goal progression by utilizing local knowledge and leadership skills to coach their KAM direct reports to develop and execute against strategic account plans that are mutually aligned to both Pfizer and the c ustomer. KAM RBDs will also compliantly provide and coach their KAMs to provide cross-functional leadership with a ccount and c ustomer information to enable collaborative communications that support aligned business imperatives across the appropriate roles aligned to the Integrated Account Team model.
