Description Markon is seeking a ServiceNow (SNOW) Tester to support the IC Customer. The selected candidate will play a key role in testing and validating SNOW applications, workflows, and solutions to ensure seamless functionality and mission-critical performance. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Primary Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive testing of SNOW applications and workflows to identify, document, and escalate bugs and issues across all SNOW modules and functionalities. - Develop and execute automated testing scripts for SNOW platforms, ensuring consistent performance and minimizing manual testing cycles. - Validate SNOW design and development solutions, ensuring workflows adhere to specified requirements and align with organizational best practices.
