What You’ll Do Bring craftsmanship and precision to life in our production shop: - Build and assemble doors using specialized machinery, power tools, and hand tools - Cut, shape, and prepare wood materials to exact specifications - Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met every time - Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues - Maintain accurate work records and support team production goals - Work safely and contribute to a clean, organized shop environment What You Bring: We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team members who take pride in their work: - High school diploma or GED - Experience with woodworking machinery, power tools, or hand tools (6+ months) - Manufacturing, production, or construction experience (preferred) - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and perform physical work - Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Dependability and a strong work ethic - Commitment to safety and professionalism - A commitment to safety and professionalism (pre-employment physical and drug test required).
