Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 /year. Job Summary: Working as the Sous Chef for an education account in Braintree, MA you will support the successful operation of the culinary department within a school dining environment. In this role, you will assist with supervising kitchen operations, preparing and cooking a variety of food items, and helping develop daily menu offerings that appeal to students, faculty, and staff.
