We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will drive to current customers' homes, test water quality, and replace filters as needed. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our top-of-the-line filtration equipment and maintenance programs. Here are some of your duties: Drive to customer homes to test water and replace filters. Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring: customer satisfaction.
