Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Head of Sales Enablement & Market Strategy North America based in Indianapolis. IN. This individual has responsibility for driving alignment, effectiveness, and growth across the region’s commercial organization. This leader ensures sales teams operate with consistent methodologies, optimized processes, and data-driven insights while delivering actionable market intelligence to inform go-to-market strategies. Partnering closely with regional sales leaders and business stakeholders, the role strengthens sales enablement, evolves sales methodology, advances pricing excellence, and enhances commercial competitiveness. With a focus on both field readiness and market strategy, this position requires strong executive presence, business acumen, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the North American commercial organization. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary starting at $160,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
