This role supports patients training to dialyze at home, helping them live more independently while managing kidney disease. What You’ll Do: - Assist with patient training for home dialysis under RN supervision - Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment - Monitor and record patient vitals and treatment responses - Support follow-up care, supply tracking, and telehealth check-ins - Provide technical and emotional support throughout HHD training Requirements: - Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent - Comfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipment - Physically able to work long shifts on your feet - Flexible schedule (may include weekends or holidays) - Willing to train and float across clinics as needed - Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, or healthcare experience What We Offer: Empower patients through independence.
