Key Responsibilities: Uniformity & Appearance Ensure OMs wear the assigned operations manager uniform and maintain proper professional appearance. Verify that all specialists on shift adhere to uniform and grooming standards per the Securitas Handbook. Scheduling: Manage specialist schedules and communicate issues to SSL, SOM, and scheduling teams. Maintain personal 40-hour workweek schedule while ensuring coverage and operational oversight. Respond to emergency call-ins as needed. Submit and approve specialist PTO in coordination with the scheduling team. Submit OM PTO directly to SSL or SOM for approval. Track all PTO requests; DMs may deny requests if balances are insufficient. Operational Oversight: Conduct shift changeovers, providing clear pass-downs to incoming and outgoing leadership.
