Job description

General Function: With moderate supervision, follow/adhere to documentation, policies and procedures to perform basic tasks to support Depot Repair client accounts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this position - Maintain a working knowledge of Depot Repair systems - Execute Depot Repair system transactions, including creating Service Requests, Depot Repair Sales Orders, and Return shipping labels - Assist with the general organization and filing of associated paperwork - Resolve minor customer service issues - Provide account status updates to Supervisors and Managers daily - Communicate to the client as appropriate through execution of tasks as requested - Act as a team member and assist with workflow within Depot Repair - Monitor service levels - Adhere to all company and department policies, processes and procedures Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: - Achieved a High School Diploma or equivalent - Knowledg...
