KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues like leaky faucets, clogged drains, and toilet malfunctions. Troubleshoot and fix electrical problems including faulty outlets, lighting fixtures, and wiring. Service HVAC systems, addressing issues with heating, cooling, and air filtration.
