Job Title Labourer Public Works (Temporary) Wage $24.67 per hour (2026): Reports to Supervisor, Public Works: Department Public Works: Location City of Kawartha Lakes, ON. Travel throughout the City of Kawartha Lakes is required in accordance with job requirements and work location/depot may vary. The Public Works - Roads depot locations include: Eldon/Woodville, Oakwood, Lindsay, Coboconk, Fenelon Falls/Cameron, Burnt River/Sturgeon Point, Bobcaygeon, Emily/Omemee, and Manvers. Hours Temporary full-time up to 9 months, normal working hours are 40-hours per week. May be required to work varied and additional hours: days, afternoons, evenings and weekends, specifically in winter season Other This posting is for an existing, currently open position within Public Works.
