This role supports the culinary leadership team by ensuring that food is prepared and presented according to established standards, while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The Lead Events Cook works closely with other culinary team members and event staff to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests. Essential Functions: Prepare and execute food production for banquets, meetings, and special events in accordance with established recipes and standards. Assist in coordinating the preparation and timing of menu items to ensure efficient and timely service during events. Support and guide kitchen team members during event preparation and service to ensure consistency and quality.
