We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and driven Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our consolidated financial reporting across multiple practice entities. What You’ll Do: - Month-End Close & Financial Integrity - Lead and support month-end close processes across multiple entities - Prepare and review complex journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Financial Analysis: - Perform detailed variance analysis of income statements against budget and prior periods - Provide insights to support business decision-making Technical Accounting & GAAP Compliance: - Research complex accounting topics (equity, debt, leases, etc.) - Draft technical memos, policies, and position papers in accordance with US GAAP - Ensure ongoing compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Fixed Assets & Inventory: - Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depre...
