Position Overview The Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to the Bridgeton Operations team and supports the broader Injectables business unit. This role provides financial leadership, analytical depth, and strong cross functional partnership to Bridgeton Site Operations and Development Analytical teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional who can influence senior leaders, support complex development and tech transfer programs, and guide financial performance in a fast paced and high visibility environment. The role includes responsibility over budgeting, forecasting, and month end close while supported by strong governance and clear financial insight.
