Our Employment team is responsible for providing client-driven case management services, which include identifying and eliminating barriers to employment for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses. Please note that our main office is located in Yakima, WA , and this role requires in-person attendance at the Yakima office once a week. Company Perks/Benefits: - Wage: $21.50/hour - Full Range Scale $21.50 per hour - $23.95 per hour (Future increases within the posted range are based on tenure and performance per Compass compensation guidelines.
