Renovation Supervisor

Mary's Woods is looking for a Renovation Supervisor to join our team. The Renovation Supervisor is responsible for managing and executing residential renovation projects across the community, with a primary focus on preparing vacated healthcare units for timely re-occupancy. This role blends project management with hands-on trade work, requiring the ability to define project scope, develop cost estimates, coordinate contractors, and perform skilled tasks such as painting, finish carpentry, flooring installation, and general maintenance. In addition to unit turnovers, the Renovation Supervisor oversees resident-requested improvements and special projects throughout the campus. The role ensures high-quality workmanship, efficient project timelines, and strong customer service experience for residents and staff. Working largely independently, the Renovation Supervisor manages multiple projects simultaneously and may supervise a small team or coordinate external vendors as needed.
