You’ll lead by motivating, supporting, and guiding your team to consistently deliver high standards of service. As Team Leader, you will oversee the delivery of recovery-focused service. You will support teams providing a range of interventions, including one-to-one sessions, structured group work, and the prescribing of medications to support recovery. The service also delivers vital harm-reduction and clinical support, including needle exchange provision, testing for blood-borne viruses, relevant vaccinations, naloxone supply, and essential health checks.
