Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Music Therapist - Hospice – per diem Capital/Saratoga region Community Hospice is looking for a qualified Music Practitioner/Therapist to join our team! The Music Therapist will provide complimentary therapy services to all levels of care (hospitals, nursing homes, and patients' homes). Position Highlights: Non-Taxed Mileage Reimbursement Flexible Schedule: What you will do: The Music Therapist is an important member of our health care team, serving Hospice patients in Home Care, Nursing Home or Inpatient settings Responsibilities: Responsible for direct care and evaluation of patients, with resultant formulation and implementation of treatment program as appropriate to the specific needs of that patient What you will need: The Community Hospice provides a thorough orientation and supportive work environment.
