Classification Title: Research Coordinator II Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: Working closely with the Quality Improvement and Implementation Science Director and Team Lead, the Research Coordinator II will apply implementation science and quality improvement methods to evaluate health plan performance and support production of external quality review reports. The role involves reviewing health plan materials, conducting qualitative assessments, analyzing quality improvement initiatives, assisting with the development of tables and figures for reports, and ensuring adherence to reporting requirements. The Research Coordinator II contributes actively to a collaborative team environment and supports continuous quality improvement efforts within the project.
