Reporting into our CEO, you’ll partner with our design and engineering teams to set Rho's product direction and own its execution. You'll lead a product team, but you'll also be in the weeds: close enough to the work and close enough to the customer that your judgment is earned, not inherited from a dashboard. You'll know what founders need before they ask for it, because you've built the intuition that comes from proximity, not process. How products get built is fundamentally changing. The line between thinking about something and making it real is collapsing. The best product leaders right now aren't just setting strategy and reviewing work.
