Storeroom Helper Forest Park, Georgia - Materials Distribution Center The Materials Helper Storeroom position assists the Senior Storekeeper with their responsibilities as they apply to warehouse activities, including but not limited to the following: Note: This is a position covered by a collective bargaining agreement between Georgia Power and IBEW Local 84 and is governed by this agreement. Union membership is optional. The starting salary (non-negotiable) is governed by this agreement which includes an increase every six months assuming satisfactory performance, until you max out in your job classification and a negotiated general increase every July. - Organize and inventory warehouse materials - Prepare materials for outgoing shipment - Maintain clean work environment - Assist customers and employees with locating materials - Assist customers and employees with loading and unloading of materials Job Experience and Education: - High School diploma or equivalent is required - Warehouse related experience and/or background is highly preferred - Successful completion of Warehouse - Clerical Test is required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Ability to follow instructions and trans...
