Job Title: Per Diem COTA – Weekend Community-Based Rehab Company: Home Health Care, Inc. Schedule: Saturdays and/or Sundays (as available) Pay: $42 - $46 per visit. Overview: This community-based COTA role offers the chance to provide weekend-only rehab and support to individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or hospitalization—all from the comfort of their home environment. Duties: Perform prescribed therapy activities and mobility training in the patient’s home. Monitor and report changes to the Occupational Therapist. Reinforce therapeutic goals and ensure safety in ADL routines. Help patients and caregivers understand adaptive equipment and care strategies. Skills: MN COTA license. Ability to work independently.
