Store Manager Job Description: At Bestway our Store Managers play a pivotal role in our vision to enhance the customers rent to own experience. We expect our Store Managers to be customer centric individuals that can enthusiastically lead, train, and develop a team in all facets of store operations in order to maximize revenue and profit growth.
