Job description

This opportunity provides an intern with the chance to witness and experience "first-hand" the operational procedures of a television station. After being exposed to the various departments in the station, the intern will be in the News department for more in-depth training. These areas include: As part of the Internship Program, selected Interns may be asked to participate in the NYSBA's social media program for Interns. - News - Engineering - Creative Services - Sales - Programming Qualifications: Candidates must meet all of the following criteria: - Current student, at least 17 years of age. - Resident of New York State and/or attending a school in New York State. - First time entrant into the program. - Interested in a possible career in the broadcasting industry. - Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
